LC Property Investments is a family business ran by myself (Chris) and my wife Louise Whittle. We have been together for 10 years and married for 3 years.
We have a son called Jack and he is 2 years old.

We started the company in 2006 and have bought property in different areas of the North East. We started by buying a property in the area where we lived. The home was rented back by its owners who needed to release the cash from their property, but didn’t want to move.

The process was so satisfying. Knowing that we were starting our portfolio, but also helping others along the way. So we decided to do it for a living.

Now we are experienced we help people all over the country.
