A: We can help by buying your house from you offering you up to 85% of the property value. You can then move on with your life, whether you are moving, clearing debts, or renting the property back.
Q: Why Only Up To 85% Of The Property Value?
A: This is how we protect ourselves from imminent future drops in the market, and also makes it affordable for a quick cash sale to take place. It also helps us keep rents at an affordable level for tenants.
Q: What If I Want To Rent Back?
A: Easy. Do nothing. We will take care of the sale and any paperwork. We will have already discussed and agreed a guaranteed rental figure before the sale takes place.
Some sellers who are renting back, could qualify for discounted rent for anything up to 2 years.
Q: What Happens If For Some Reason You Are Unable To Help?
A: If, in the rare event, that we are unable to help you, with your permission, we could contact other investors who may be able to help you.
If this was also to fail, we still may be able to help you. We are always at the end of a phone,
or E-mail. Keep in touch.
Q: Are There Any Fees?
A: We do not charge for anything. Why would we? It is of mutual benefit to both parties if a deal was agreed. In certain cases, some sellers may qualify to have their legal fees paid by us.
Q: How Quickly Can You Complete?
A: Our standard policy is complete in 3 weeks if the seller needs to quickly. However, some deals have been completed faster with extra work, if the sellers circumstances have demanded it.
It doesn't have to be quick either. If you are in a chain for example, we will work in line with your circumstances.
